Our friendly staff will verify your insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization for all procedures. Although our office participates with most insurance carriers, some procedures may not be fully covered. Co-pays and deductibles will be expected at the time of service. Noncovered charges will be billed with payment expected in a timely manner. We do have personnel who can discuss payment arrangements prior to visit or procedure for hardship cases. We accept cash, check, credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD, Discover, American Express) or debit cards. |
